Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LR Threads LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use LR Seamsters.

1. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, role, location); profile information (business name, bio, photos, specialties, portfolio); job content (briefs, measurements, reference photos, messages); payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers); device and usage data (app version, crash logs, general usage analytics).

2. How We Use Information

To operate the marketplace, match Boutiques with Seamstresses, facilitate payments, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and improve the product.

3. How We Share Information

With the other party to a job (name, profile, messages, job content); with Stripe to process payments; with Supabase for hosting and storage; with service providers who help us run the app under strict confidentiality; and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and job records for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years after closure to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion of non-required data at any time.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information from the Settings screen or by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, including the right to object to certain processing.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a data breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.

7. Children

LR Seamsters is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
